WhatsApp Web to access Facebook message rooms directly, report says

WhatsApp has released version 2.2019.6 of its web application. The messaging service would bring the Messenger Rooms shortcut to WhatsApp Web and "work on the functionality of this update". The shortcut for WhatsApp Web is said to be under development. Facebook launched Messenger Rooms last month where users can start video calling sessions and up to 50 people can join without even having a Facebook account. A few days later, it was reported that WhatsApp was testing the integration of Facebook Messenger Rooms in its beta version of the Android application.
