Microsoft has “a very good relationship with Nintendo” but makes no promises for the future

Microsoft and Nintendo have collaborated a lot lately, but there is no guarantee of progress, according to the Xbox director Phil Spencer

When Kotaku he asked this week about the pPossibility of more games published by Microsoft

other consoles, like Nintendo Switch, Phil responded with the following:

“It doesn’t seem sustainable”

“In order to really support it, I’d like to have a full Xbox ecosystem somewhere. And that probably means things like Live and Game Pass etc.

Although there is no promise from Phil, he says that Microsoft’s relationship with Nintendo it is in great condition and all conversations so far have been easy. He even had a conversation with NoA president Doug Bowser last week.

“We have a very good relationship with Nintendo. And I think we look at our work in a very synergistic way, trying to develop the market. And that makes it easier. Every conversation we have had with them has been very easy.
