Nintendo Switch Cooling fans are one thing now, and pre-orders have just opened

Nintendo Switch cooling fan

If you're concerned about your precious and expensive Nintendo Switch overheating, Game Tech has you covered with this new cooling fan, which will be released later this week.

At first glance, this may seem a little ridiculous, but the product would manage to dissipate the heat of the console, cooling it to "a maximum of 13 degrees". It connects to the switch via a series of suction cups so that it can be easily turned on and off, and it runs on batteries or by plugging it into the wall.

Those of us who enjoy the traditionally miserable gray weather in the UK right now probably don't need such a thing, but the cooling fan is mostly for those who live in Japan, where the summer months can be quite brutal.

You can go ahead and pre-order one on Amazon Japan Worldwide shipping is available and is scheduled to launch tomorrow, May 15.
