Talking point: What are you playing this weekend? (May 16)

Blathers Animal Crossing

Another busy week has passed and this time, this time bringing a scary game of switching assets on Switch, as well as duplication issues with Animal Crossing and the Big Paper Mario Switch revealed, but now it's time to relax with some ending games. of the week.

Nintendo Life team members have come together to discuss our weekend plans, and we would love to have you join us via our survey and comments below. Enjoy!

In the past few months, the only game I've really played on my Nintendo Switch is Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Nothing has really changed since that time: I'm still in debt and I still need more Bells. As a result, I will spend most of my weekend picking and selling fruit to pay at least something, so I can borrow another loan from Nook Bank and redo it next week.

When I'm not busy paying off my loans, I can finally try the latest major update from Super Mario Maker 2. A limited time Animal Crossing event also takes place at Tetris 99 this weekend, so I have to unlock this theme. It’s all for me!

My time with Animal Crossing: New Horizons It keeps going down more and more, but I will definitely show up every day for about half an hour to stay abreast of daily activities and check Nook's Cranny for any particular juicy items.

However, most of my free time this week was spent playing Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga in the old Game Boy Advance. He's been sitting on my shelf since I was a kid and tearing it up revealed that at ten I could only spend about an hour before I move on. I enjoyed my time with him, especially the humor, and I will continue over the weekend. Between that and Paper Mario reveals this week, I'm in a very Mario humor.

This weekend I'm coming back to The Elder Scrolls for myself for some Ancient scrolls: blades review the action. I will be interested to see how far the game has gone since I first immersed myself when it was released on mobile devices. I hope here that they have removed at least some of the timers and constant commercials and other paid items to play than me This carried the desire back then.

Elsewhere, I still like to shoot bullies a lot Hunt, this is truly the best old school gun effort that I have played in a long time, and I will also take out the old 3DS and introduce my kids Paper Mario so you can see why i'm so excited about the announcement of The king of origami this week. I hope everyone stays safe and has a good weekend.

I will do my best to make sure that the only game I play this weekend is not only Animal crossing (but honestly, there are no guarantees). I'm finally starting to get a little more creative with my island and I have new areas I'm working on to decorate and fix! I ended up doing a post-trade area that I like to call "The Stop and Swop" Banjo-Kazooie Except that Isabelle said that she is not her biggest admirer because it is mainly composed of some nasty items like my old moldy dress, my frugal hat etc.

I started playing Final Fantasy VII on Switch a few weeks ago for our video review and I tried to get it back when I realize that I have some free time. I played it a long time ago and got to the last "dungeon", but I left it for some reason and I never put it up again! I think part of me did not want the game and its story to end, so I hope with this new game I will see the journey until the end.

I finally took my pace Animal crossing, where I log in for about an hour each day and only do general tasks. Of course, that gave me the opportunity to start playing other things again. I'll probably dig into some of the games I was in before Animal Crossing Mania hit, like Luigi & # 39; s Mansion 3.

I also played a lot Annealed 2 with your friends and family online during quarantine. Some new games that I have downloaded in the past few months and that I have not tried yet include Good work!, Picross S4 and Small town hero, as well. However, there will soon be new events at Animal Crossing… so who knows if I will be playing something else!

I'm in the mood for some breezy cooperative games this weekend. With us, we suffer from a Annealed 2 addiction that started straining relationships. It is a fantastic game, but we have eliminated it and these 4 star challenges are just too stressful. We need a new cooperative experience and I set myself Move

since its first announcement. I interviewed Ashley Ringrose from the developer SMG Studio a while ago (stay tuned for the next interview), and I can't wait to see if I got the ingredients for it. An excellent FART or not. * keeps a straight face … *

Okay, everyone!

I just discovered something new and unexpected in Ring Fit Adventure – no spoilers – and Animal Crossing: New Horizons keep finding new ways to bring me back to the island. The online store also saw another ridiculous amount of quality stuff last week: Gravity Rider Zero, Pong Quest, The Elder Scrolls: Blades, Ion Fury and the superb Throw throw everyone will find their way around this weekend's rotation.

My game of the week is a masterpiece named after Hunt. Amazing to have another GOTY candidate a few days after Streets of anger 4 launch. Now, if you'll excuse me, John Sawyer's trigger finger itches again. It's time to kill, kill, and then kill more pixelated street trash.

As always, thanks for reading! Make sure to leave a vote in the poll above and a comment below with your game options in the coming days…
