To visit this island all you will need to do is go to sleep in any bed in your house and then enter the following address when talking to Luna. Here is the code you will need: [DA-6382-1459-4417]
As part of the latest Animal Crossing update, players can now also visit random dream destinations. To visit a Random Dream without entering an address, all you need to do is talk to Luna and select the “Surprise Me” option.
