Biden gets 270 electoral votes needed to win race

Democratic presidential candidate Joseph Biden has received the 270 electoral votes he needs to defeat Republican Donald Trump in the White House.

Such a forecast was made on Saturday by the CNN television channel.

According to his estimates, Biden won in Pennsylvania (20 electoral votes). Thus, he now has 273 electoral votes, Trump has 213.

The Associated Press and the NBC channel provided a similar assessment.
