The most important feature of MEGA is that all data is encrypted by the user from its device, so no one can access it, not even the developers themselves. By default, the MEGA service offers users 50GB of stage space, but that can be expanded further with various subscription plans.
The application for the Android platform allows users to search, store, download, stream, view, share, rename or delete your files, at any point in time and from all devices. It’s a unified service, and the only caveat is that users mustn’t lose their password. Since all data is encrypted by that password, MEGA can’t do anything if you lose it.
Furthermore, the source code for the MEGA app is open source and anyone can take a look at it.
