The new function is configured by the new NV configuration (UNKNOWN_UPLINK_MAC_FLOOD). When enabled, these packets are used to flood all local MPFS ports, otherwise these packets are discarded.
-Increase the maximum number of XRQs to 512.
-Added the following new mlxconfig parameters in the non-volatile configuration section: log_max_outstandng_wqe, ece_disable_mask

Bug fix:

-In rare cases, the HDR active copper cable connection time may be longer than expected (up to 2 minutes).
-Fixed an issue that caused data packets to get stuck when the rate limiter was enabled.
-Active SHARP SAT QP (QP with packet-based e2e points) may disrupt the real-time firmware patch flow and cause the firmware to get stuck.
-Fixed the problem that prevented NVMF from uninstalling using QP with ATS buffer.
