Access the command line through a minimalist interface with tab support
The Hyper user interface is represented by a simple window where you can type bash commands. You can use any command run in Terminal.app and get the same result.
However, because Hyper allows you to use tabs, you can open multiple folders or run multiple tasks at the same time without having to laboriously arrange windows. Remember, Hyper also allows you to work with multiple windows at the same time.
At the top of each tab, Hyper only states the fact that you can use the Bash command language, which can be counterproductive: if the application cannot update the name on its own, it would be helpful to name the tabs to make them easier to identify.
Make appearance adjustments or improve the functionality of the app by installing extensions
If you want to customize the appearance of Hyper, you need to open the ~./hyper.js file placed in the user folder. You can change the following parameters: font size and style, cursor/foreground/background/border color, fill or color.
In addition, you can provide custom CSS to be included in the main Hyper window or terminal window. You can also set a custom shell that the application uses when starting a session.
In the ~./hyper.js file, you must also add the plug-in to be installed, and the Hyper application will display an alert when the plug-in is deployed. The application will use the ~/.hyper_plugins folder.
