Start by creating your company account and adding details related to your company. Then switch to Add Customers and Products, Projects, Suppliers, and Tasks, add transactions, purchase orders, and charges, and create invoices.

Find a summary of active and open invoices, completed payments and refunds, quotes and tasks in the app’s overview window. Next to the overview is the activity area, which contains information about recent actions.

Open the main menu from the upper left corner and select the type of process you want to start, find customers or add new customers, check purchase orders, add payments and view reports.

For each invoice, you can assign a customer and add a due date, add a partial deposit amount, assign items and suppliers, and add contact details, items, and notes. Email invoices, save them as PDFs, download them, mark them as paid or sent, or connect to your customer’s portal. Depending on the type of object you are adding to your account, different details are available, but most of them have a standard information schema.

Information about taxes, company details, workflow, import, export or account management as well as bank accounts, templates and reminders, group settings or custom fields are all in the Settings window.
