progressive downloader is a powerful and flexible macOS application that provides the tools you need to handle multiple downloads, search mirrors, and browse FTP and SFTP servers.

Smooth operation and intuitive interface

From the Progressive Downloader’s main window, you can quickly and easily add or schedule new jobs, perform checksum verification, and even authenticate with your credentials if necessary.

Additionally, you can apply desired color labels and enable automatic line count control.

With the side panel, you can filter the displayed downloads and view all downloads or only tasks that are running, paused, completed or incomplete. The Schedule tab helps you keep track of upcoming or completed tasks.

Extensive context menu

By right-clicking a download, you can add new threads, update mirrors, limit download speed, change task priority, copy download link, stop, edit, delete or restart selected tasks.

The top toolbar helps you add, pause, start, delete, or edit your selections, and configure Progressive Downloader to shut down or put your Mac to sleep.

You can open or close tasks, DropBox and browser windows from the View menu or using predefined keyboard shortcuts. What’s more, you can decide which columns to show or hide in the table, and hide or show the toolbar.

The Preferences window helps you decide which files should be captured and customize the behavior of the application. You can configure Progressive Downloader to display the current download speed in the Dock icon, and a traffic graph and tab in the filter sidebar.
