Exclusive: Blair Witch release date revealed, making you afraid of witches on Switch in June

After its revelation for the Nintendo console at the Indie World Showcase in March, we can exclusively confirm that the developer Bloober Team is bringing witch to be changed on June 25. Coming from the studio behind the Layers of fear series and Observer, the Switch edition of this first-person survival horror, based on the iconic franchise of found footage, will be released in less than a month, and the team has released a new trailer for the game.

Initially released on PC and other consoles last year, Blair Witch takes up the history of the series a few years after the events of the first film. You control Ellis Lynch, a former cop who joins the search for a boy missing in the Black Hills forest. As expected, things are changing soon for the more frightening.

Blair Witch will include the “Good Boy Pack” at launch, an update that allows you to customize your dog’s coat, eye color and collar, as well as additional animations and a “Super Rex” mini-game. The game will also support high definition noise and the console touch screen in the menus.

Blair Witch will be on Switch eShop in less than a month for $ 29.99 / € 29.99. We will have exclusive screenshots very soon. In the meantime, check out the new trailer above and let us know what you think of how Blair Witch looks on Switch.
