The world of GI Joe, Hasbro’s line of military children’s toys (and the last line of defense against the Cobra terrorist organization), is now open. Fortnite.
GI Joe’s Snake Eyes from GI Joe is the latest hero to join Epic Games’ Battle Royale game, joining characters like Din Djarin and Grogu (aka The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda), Master Chief from Halo, Kratos from God of War and Sarah Connor. and the Terminator T-800.
Epic teased the addition of GI Joe characters on Thursday, when the creative director Donald Mustard tweeted a photo of him read a collection of old Marv the GI Joe comics. In particular, Mustard was reading Marvel issue 21 GI Joe
, in which Snake Eyes embarks on a rescue mission in a Cobra castle. This number shows Snake Eyes jumping from a C-130 plane, in Fortnite where do the guys fall.
FortniteThe current season involves heroes of all sizes. Chapter 2 Season 5 of Fortnite features a story arc called Zero Point, which focuses on Agent Jones’ mission to summon the hunters for reality beyond the Epic game.

The current incarnation of GI Joe, rooted in toy ownership in 1982, has been explored in cartoons, comics, video games, and live-action movies for the past four decades. A new game GI Joe: Operation Blackout, was released in October to a lukewarm response. A new live-action film focused on the silent ninja Snake Eyes, starring Henry Golding, is slated for release in 2022.
