Metroid Prime 4 Dev Retro Studios hires artists from Battlefield, Tomb Raider and Borderlands

It seems that Retro Studios, a Nintendo subsidiary that is currently working on the highly anticipated Metroid Prime 4Again, he hired several talented people from the industry to strengthen his ranks.

Seen by VGC, the Texas-based developer has recruited a number of new visual effects artists – the people responsible for the visual appearance of special effects like explosions, lasers, fire, and more. New hires include Adad Morales

((Battlefield hardline), Bryan Erck ((Shadow of the Tomb Raider) and Nicholas Wilson ((Borderlands 3)

Over the past few months, we have heard from many exciting newcomers in Retro Studios. The three mentioned above will join Mark Capers, previously from New Super Lucky Tale

We haven't seen anything from Metroid Prime 4 yet, of course, but seeing all of these names joining the team is certainly a promising prospect. It's been over a year since we first learned that game development had been abandoned and restarted.
