The new Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit trailer how the game really works

Nintendo has released a new extended trailer of Mario Kart Live: Home circuit, ahead of the game’s release on Nintendo Switch on October 16.

The new trailer shows off other features of the curious game, particularly detailing how the kit itself works and how you can customize the tracks to suit your own home.

To effectively play the game, Nintendo recommends that you have an area of approximately 12ft x 10ft. You will need to place four doors and go through them to create a terrain for you and the others.

Once everything is set up you can start playing in the main mode of the game – Grand Prix. As with previous Mario Kart titles, the difficulty is determined across classes from 50cc to 200cc, and you can play eight cups and participate in 24 different races.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit also comes with options for custom races, time trials, and mirror mode.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit launches October 16 for Nintendo Switch.
