Call of Duty: Warzone cheats are very upset by Infinity Ward's decision to add two-factor authentication.

Earlier this week, Call of Duty: Warzone He started asking all new free players to link an active mobile number to their account. This number will receive an SMS to confirm the identity of the player.

Only this simple step makes it more difficult to return Warzone cheaters after being banned, as it is much easier to create a new account than to get a new mobile line. That, coupled with the work of Infinity Ward in other areas of anti-cheating, such as material bans, locking up cheaters in their own halls apparently made them cry.

Reddit user Aur0n He published a few selected testimonies of banned cheaters who went wild on the forums where they bought their cheaters.

"Now I can no longer play Warzone because the account th at gave me my phone number is hidden," said a defeated cheater.

"The cheaters work, but you can never play again," wrote another, referring to the bans on identifying the material. "You will have to buy a new computer if you want to play the game without being excluded when you log out."

"I have created over 20 Modern Warfare accounts. Half of the accounts were banned before they could play, "wrote a different cheater.

I don't normally like to see someone getting upset, but I'll make an exception here.

Sure, 2FA won't end all of the game's cheating problems overnight, but it's a huge step in the right direction. Most cheaters are deterred the more you pop hoops to get back into the game. At some point, they will just lose interest.
