Cafes reopen in Sarajevo after weeks of COVID-19 closure


Restaurants, cafes and bars reopened in Sarajevo on Wednesday May 13 when Bosnia and Herzegovina eased the closure restrictions.

Customers wearing masks, some even with visors, drank coffee on the outdoor terraces while the waiters disinfected the tables.

So far, Bosnia, a country of 3.5 million people, has 2,171 cases of the virus, with 120 deaths.
